Highly recommend their hand creams! My hands have improved so much since I have been using the hand cream on a daily basis. Initially I really wasn’t keen on the smell of the hand cream but it has grown on me. For the price point the products are definitely worth a try!

Struggled for years with my hands. This years been the worst for obvious reasons few days using the cream and what a difference. Will not use any others now what a find! Highly recommended!

I am a midwife so even before COVID I have struggled with sore, dry and really itchy and irritated hands. At work I can’t use hand sanitisers as my hands are so sensitive so I’m constantly washing them and this has really taken it’s toll. I have been using Nursem for a few weeks now - the hand cream after each hand wash (except when I’m at work for practicality) and then the skin fix for an overnight treatment. My hands are already much softer and happier. My patches of eczema are improving and cracks and cuts disappearing. I’m so happy with the products and would recommend them to anyone, but especially my work colleagues and other healthcare professionals. Also love the heart of the brand and their packaging. I’m sold.

It’s hands down the best hand cream I’ve ever tried. It keeps on being moved around the house with me as I use it every day and nothing else I’ve ever tried compares to the effectiveness of it. I won’t ever purchase any other brand of hand cream again after finding this brand. I love their ethos, the fact that they’re cruelty free aswell as providing such a premium product at half of the price of competitors (& give 3x more!) and STILL donating to medical staff with every purchase is just absolutely brilliant. I cannot support and recommend this company enough and am extremely grateful that they gave me the opportunity to try a tube (before repurchasing later) via winning a competition on Facebook.

I have never experienced such dry hands since COVID, I’m always washing and sanitising my hands which leaves them dry, and sore.
Enter Nusrsem: after seeing these guys on dragons den and doing my research I decided to see what all the hype was about I’m all about cruelty free vegan products. And this ticked al the boxes for me. I purchased the Caring skin fix (vegan) and the Caring hand cream 75ml (not vegan *honey extract) and WOW!!
My hands aren’t dry anymore after just 3 days of using the caring skin fix morning and night and the CHC when out and about they are amazing!!
I also lOVE their NHS Promise, what an amazing company I would highly recommend that you give this product a shot after all if your hands are sore cracked and dry this product will guaranteed nursem back to health! ????

I had dry cracked hands with what ever handcream I used until I found Nursem. Now my hands are soft moisturised and no painful chaps. The cream soaks in lovely. I also bought the caring skin fix which I put on before bed. I will never use anything else apart from Nursem from now on. Brilliant product and the company has wonderful ethics helping our N.H.S too.

I bought the hand wash and hand cream bundle for my son in law. He is a mechanic and his hands are rough from work and chapped and often bleed from harsh chemical cleaners especially when you are having to wash them more often. He has only been using this product for a few days and has already seen a dramatic improvement in the condition of his hands. He has previously tried all the big brands but with little effect or in some cases it was made worse, so will be sticking to Nursem...A BIG THANK YOU ????????
